Design/Concept:
We’ll start with a discovery call to discuss your vision, needs, and expectations.
Next, I’ll pull together inspiration and get to work on sketches and design details in Adobe Illustrator for review and approval.
For a collection with multiple styles, a line plan/collection edit would be the next step in the process.
For a single style or a small group, we can move directly into tech packs after sketch approval.
Collection Planning/Editing
Too many ideas? I’ll help you refine your collection so that every piece feels intentional and all styles hang together.
This starts with a collaborative review and culminates in a deck where each page represents a single style: inspiration, color CADs, trim details, and fabric direction.
Seeing the collection as a whole allows a line plan to take shape… how many pieces per category, colorways by style, novelty vs basics, tops vs bottoms, skirts vs pants, etc.
A line plan is essential, saving you time and money by editing before sampling. It also doubles as a visual sales tool for buyer meetings.
Tech Packs
Once design and planning are complete, we move into tech packs.
Working from a concept, a sketch, an inspiration photo, or an original sample, I build comprehensive, production-ready tech packs, ensuring clarity for suppliers.
Each tech pack communicates precise measurements, design and construction details, and instructions to your manufacturer, reducing back and forth and sampling needs.
Better tech packs = less sampling = lower costs and faster to market.
Artwork Packages
Novelty, when it’s done well, gives the consumer a reason to buy.
The right embroidery or embellishment can stop a scroll, justify a price point, or elevate an entire collection.
After reviewing your concept, I’ll create a complete layout including full sized artwork, color pitch, placement details, and technical specifications, ensuring an easy sampling process.
