Casual Woven Tops Collection
As a Designer at Krazy Kat Sportswear, I led design and development for our private label client, Dressbarn Casual Woven Tops. In this capacity, I partnered with our Sales team and Dressbarn buyers to create a tops collection by monthly delivery that aligned with brand vision and market needs. I managed every step of the design process: flat sketches, color CADs, tech packs, print and yarn dye recoloration, embroidery and embellishment layouts, design packages and factory communications. Sales for the Dressbarn account increased 3X under my design leadership, a significant contribution to Krazy Kat's growth and success during that time period.
